The GE Logiq P7 is a midrange ultrasound that can replace the position of Logiq P5. GE introduced Logiq P7 as a full featured, multi purpose diagnostic ultrasound. GE Logiq P7 share the same hardware and software architectures of Logiq P9 except some of advanced features such as coded contrast imaging and a couple of high perfomable transducers. The GE Logiq P7 is for a customer who does not want to miss the consistent image quality, comprehensive application coverage, and ease of use that enable clinicians to make timely, confident decisions. One can accomplish this while being economical and purchasing this midrange system as opposed to a premier ultrasound machine.
As part of the GE Logiq ultrasound series, this unit specializes in General Imaging and Radiological applications. Some of these applications include but are not limited to abdominal, small parts, OB-GYN, musculoskeletal, and transcranial and elastography. Producing 3D / 4D images, along with being armed with some of the most advanced ultrasound image enhancing technology available, this unit is adored by all types of diagnosticians.
The P7 is not compatible with as many ultrasound transducers as other ultrasound machines in the GE Logiq series, but the probes that are - are both advanced and versatile. GE, when manufacturing transducers, create probes with different connector sizes - that make certain transducers compatible with specific systems. For example, most probes who's name ends with "RS" (8C-RS, L6-12-RS) are always compatible with portable ultrasound systems. Some of GE's more advanced systems, including the P7, are compatible with these same transducers.
If, therefore, you are looking to rotate between machines, or to replace a system, be sure that the probes are compatible to make the transition easy, economical and painless!
