Despite being a cardiac probe, this transducer also is capable of producing images for abdominal and transcranial ultrasound applications. It has a frequency range of 2 - 4 MHz, and is compatible with a variety of Siemens Acuson ultrasound systems. Some of these systems include the X300, X150 and CV70.
