The Philips ClearVue 850 is Philips' premier Women's Health ultrasound system. Armed with the most groundbreaking ultrasound technologies, the ClearVue 850 takes steps beyond the ClearVue 650, and soars past the ClearVue 350. Despite the fact that this system specializes in Women's Health applications, it is also employed for vascular, small parts, and cardiac / echo exams.

The ClearVue 850, despite being a stationary system, is still compact, easy to transport, and can fit comfortably into many corners and crevices in many rooms, making it easily transferable in private practices, hospitals, and imaging centers. It's four probe port provides additional convenience, allowing a diagnostician or sonographer to flip between probes without having to connect and disconnect the transducers.

Some of the technological features that the ClearVue 850 is armed with includes 3D/4D imaging, elastography (primarily employed to measure tissue stiffness in the breasts), FloVue (providing  a complete new paradigm shift in the way blood flow is visualized not only in large vessels but equally on micro vessels), and AutoSCAN (which automatically optimizes the image quality during scanning).
