Alexander Hernandez

Alexander Hernandez’s fascination and enthusiasm for computers and technology, both from a hardware and software perspective, has lead him to have to an intricate and extraordinary knowledge of medical equipment. Beginning his technical journey in the Dominican Republic’s Utesa University of Technology, earning his degree in Computer Engineering, Alex moved to New York and has spent over a decade becoming an expect in medical equipment. Becoming an expert with Stress Test technology (both with the monitor system and the treadmills), ultrasound technology, ultrasound probe support, and bone densitometers, Alex has been a critical member of AME’s expansion - making sure that all equipment are properly refurbished, are functioning perfectly, and have the proper PM (preventative maintenance) and support before being delivered to customers. This wide range of knowledge, coupled with Alex’s fluency in English and Spanish, has helped vault AME into a popular brand for both English and Spanish speaking customers. By offering support in both languages, often solving problems via FaceTime and Skype calls, Alex and his team gives our customers the confidence that their equipment is in the best hands possible.
