Stephen Gruenebaum has over twenty five years of experience in Customer Relations. Working in a variety of industries, including the Jewelry business, the eye-wear industry, and the energy field, Stephen began his career splitting his time between sales and customer support. Quickly realizing that he enjoyed problem solving and helping people, Stephen made the decision to work exclusively in Customer Relations, and has been an irreplaceable member of AME’s leadership team. Working with customers all over the continent, Stephen’s eccentric, magnetic, and passionate personality are all components that enable his department to help customers, administrators, doctors, and sonographers with any potential questions, concerns, and issues regarding orders and payments. Working closely with the sales department, Gruenebaum has developed a sophisticated knowledge of medical equipment and implements that information to help all potential customers with any questions or concerns that they may have.
